Stephens Property Management provides information regarding rental properties, availability, rental rates, deposits, amenities, showing opportunities, applications, and related leasing matters.
Property information is subject to change without notice. Availability, rental rates, deposits, move-in dates, amenities, utilities, parking, pet policies, and other terms may change and should be confirmed with Stephens Property Management.
Submitting a rental inquiry or Request a Showing form does not:
Reserve a rental property
Guarantee a showing
Guarantee property availability
Constitute approval of an application
Create a lease or tenancy
Guarantee that an applicant will meet rental qualification requirements
All rental applications and leasing decisions are subject to applicable screening criteria, property availability, applicable law, and completion of required documentation.
A Request a Showing submission is a request only.
Stephens Property Management may contact you to coordinate availability and scheduling. A showing is not confirmed until Stephens Property Management communicates confirmation of the showing date and time.
Submitting a showing request does not constitute a rental application.
If you decide to apply for a property, additional application information, screening criteria, documentation, fees, and disclosures may be required.
Stephens Property Management may offer prospective and current renters the option to receive non-marketing text messages concerning:
Rental inquiries
Property availability
Showing requests
Showing scheduling and confirmations
Changes or cancellations
Application-related communications
Leasing-related updates
Move-in or customer-service information
You will receive text messages only when you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and opt in to receive SMS communications where consent is requested.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a rental inquiry, requesting a showing, applying for a property, renting a property, or purchasing any goods or services.
By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and authorize Stephens Property Management to send text messages to that number for the purposes described above.
